Slow Charging

Possible Causes and Solutions:

1. If your power bank itself is recharging slowly:

Try using a different adapter rated at 9V/2A or higher and a different charging cable.
Reference: Recharging a 10,000mAh power bank with a 9V/2A adapter takes approximately 2 hours 20mins.

2. If your power bank is charging Your Phone Slowly via Wireless Charging:
(1) Remove the phone case and try again.
(2) Ensure that both the phone and the power bank have cooled down to room temperature and try again
Reference: Using magnetic charging for half an hour can charge the iPhone 16 (with a battery capacity of 3561mAh) from about 20% to 60%.
*Limited by current wireless charging technology, wireless charging is typically slower than wired charging because it uses electromagnetic induction to transfer power, which is less efficient and generates more heat.

3. If your power bank is charging your phone slowly via a cable:
1) Use a different charging cable or try another output port on the power bank.
2) Check your phone’s fast charging protocol and maximum supported input.
Reference: Using wired charging for half an hour can charge the iPhone 16 (with a battery capacity of 3561mAh) from about 0% to 50%.

This power bank's maximum output is 45W via a cable, but the actual charging speed also depends on your phone's maximum input. For example, the iPhone 12 supports up to 20W, so even with a 45W power bank, it will only charge at 20W in maximum.
