FAQ

USB charging cables typically come in four major types:
· USB-A to Micro-USB – Commonly used for older Android phones, Bluetooth speakers, and power banks.
· USB-A to Lightning – The standard iPhone charger cable for iPhone 5 to iPhone 14, also used with iPads (except iPad Pro).
· USB-A to USB-C – A universal option for Android phones, tablets, Switch power cables, and accessories like earbuds.
· USB-C to USB-C – Required for modern iPads, MacBooks, Android flagships, and high-power charging like fast charging cables or VR link cables.
Not all USB-C cables support the same power output. For example, a cable rated for 60W will charge slower than a 100W cable when connected to a fast-charging adapter. The internal wire gauge and chip also impact how much current it can safely carry—look for PD-certified fast charging cables if speed matters.
Newer iPhones and iPads now use USB-C to USB-C cables for faster and more efficient charging. Older models still require Lightning cables. If you're unsure, check the charging port shape—USB-C is oval, Lightning is slimmer with exposed metal pins.
For a consistent and lag-free experience, choose a VR link cable or Switch power cable that supports USB 3.0 or higher for high-speed data and power transfer. Look for braided designs with reinforced strain relief and snug-fit connectors—they prevent dropouts during intense gameplay or head movement and ensure long-term durability.
