Slow Charge

Our adapter supports QC (Quick Charge) and PD (Power Delivery) protocols, which work well with most devices that support these standards. However, some brand like Huawei, Oppo, Vivo, and Honor uses a proprietary charging protocol that is different from QC and PD. As a result, our adapter cannot take advantage of the adapter's and phone's maximum fast charging capabilities.

Here are some troubleshooting tips that may help identify and resolve the problem:
1. Try another port, wall socket, cable, outlet, and phone/device.
2. Check if the charging port is physically damaged or loose.
3. When both or three ports are used simultaneously, the total charging power is shared between the tTree ports, which may cause the charging speed for each device to decrease.
