Q1. I want to return this product and get a full refund
A: We provide 30-Day return Guarantee for all the goods you purchase in our INIU store. Please kindly note the applicability of this policy in advance (The following conditions need to be met at the same time): 1. Within 30 days after the product was purchased. 2. The goods are not damaged. 1. All accessories of the product must be complete. 2. The product must contain the original packaging. If you meet all the above requirements, please contact contact@iniu.shop and send the order number and product pictures. We will arrange a return and full refund within 24 hours.
Q2. I forgot to use the discount code, what should I do?
A: Please kindly note that teh unused discount codes/coupon could still be used to purchase other products in our INIU store. If you are not about to purchase other products from our store in the near future, please contact contact@iniu.shop and send the order number. We will solve your problem within 24 hours.
Q3. How to change my address information?
A: Most of our orders can be ready for shipment within 1 day. If you need to modify the order information, please contact contact@iniu.shop immediately and send the order number, and we will help you modify the information.

Q5. How to cancel my order?
A: Most of our orders can be ready for shipment within 1 day. If you need to cancel the order, please contact contact@iniu.shop immediately and send the order number, and we will help you cancel it.
Q6. Why can't I order this product?
A: If you failed to place an order, there are three reasons:
1) Our products cannot be shipped to your country/address. 2) The product you want to order is out of stock currently. 3) You selected the wrong shipping warehouse.

2) Your shipping address. (Amazon Hub Locker, DHL, and PO Box addresses cannot be used to accept replacement products)
3) Which product do you want? We will check its stock and get back to you as soon as possible
