Get warm while charging
A slight increase in temperature during wireless charging is completely normal. This occurs because some energy is lost as heat during the transmission process between the wireless charger and the device. Rest assured, our wireless charger is equipped with built-in overcharge and overheat protection to ensure safe usage throughout the charging process.
If you notice the device getting warm, try removing the phone case or any metal objects attached to the phone. Then take the phone off the charger, wait for about 5 seconds, and place it back at the center of the charging pad to see if the temperature improves.
However, if the device becomes excessively hot to the touch, please stop charging and contact us at support@iniu.shop — we’ll respond within 24 hours.
