Slow Charging

Possible Causes and Solutions:

If your power bank itself is recharging slowly with the built-in plug:
Switch to another wall socket and try again.
Reference: Recharging the 10000mAh power bank with its built-in foldable wall plug will take about 2 to 2.5 hours.

If your power bank itself is recharging slowly with an external charger:
Try using a different adapter rated at 9V/2A or higher and a different charging cable.
Reference: Recharging a 10,000mAh power bank with a 9V/2A adapter takes approximately 3 hours.

If your power bank is charging your phone slowly:
1) Use a different charging cable or try another output port on the power bank.
2) Check your phone’s fast charging protocol and maximum supported input.

This power bank supports up to 45W output, but the actual charging speed also depends on your phone’s maximum input. For example, the iPhone 12 supports up to 20W, so even with a 45W power bank, it will only charge at 20W.
For reference, it takes about 1 hour to fully charge an iPhone 12 with this power bank.
